The fam and I took a little road trip up to Pine City, Minn. for some leaf peeping and fishing. We all needed to get out of the neighborhood for a bit of a mini-adventure and take in the forest. As any deer hunter worth their weight in buckshot knows well, forest therapy is a real thing. The Japanese even have a name for it, Shirin-Yoku . Shirin-Yoku is the practice of taking in the forest atmosphere. It's more commonly referred to as "forest bathing," a concept I can get behind. There's something restorative about a walk in the woods. It was fun to share this special place with them. - Ride North September 26th | 65 f | overcast with light rain
